libskk-dbg software package provides library to deal with Japanese kana-kanji conversion method - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libskk-dbg
libskk-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libskk-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libskk-dbg *
You will get with libskk-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
